I finally found a doctor, OBGYN who thinks he knows what is going on.

They started right after I had my daughter. I had them very mildly prior to that so mild I had no idea what they were. Very randomly they would pop out then go away. They came with a vengeance after her birth and have never left.
I was just diagnosed so I am not sure if this is the cure or not.

I have low testosterone and high progesterone. They are putting me on testosterone cream to see if it makes them stop. I will keep you posted.

Get your testosterone and progesterone tested! Doctors had no idea what was wrong with me and it turned out it wasn't my thyroid. But by going to an endo I did discover I had thyroid cancer, another story there.

So get tested for low testosterone and see if it is the answer!

I will let you know if it works!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4961048067568960372.post-1787516055636043182011-07-04T01:42:27.799-07:002011-07-04T01:42:27.799-07:00I have one site about hives treatment. You...Anonymous suffering with the 4 month old plus-
You are passed the PUPPS stage. I would go see an Allergist. An Allergist would be able to determine what might be the cause (thought skin or blood antibody testing or both), and then what would be the next best step for you (treatments, medication). Set it up as soon as possible!
In the mean time- try various antihistamines, if nursing Benadryl is the only approved medication before consulting your doctors. Benadryl also has a topical over the counter ointment that may give you relief to specific sites. Good Luck and I hope you find something soon that works for you.Arizona Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07523471805098513333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4961048067568960372.post-22113814040977919532011-05-16T07:32:19.933-07:002011-05-16T07:32:19.933-07:00hi!!! I asked my dermatologist and he said no - I'm too many weeks post partum for it to be PUPPS. Last night i was itching so much that I tore my sheets off to look for bed bugs. None were there. So you developed the hives this many months post partum too? the hives are all over my legs and upper arms. they were under one breast too at one point. I'm itching so much on my thighs that my thighs are bruised. please help.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4961048067568960372.post-88502540511995028732011-04-04T19:51:16.459-07:002011-04-04T19:51:16.459-07:00I go to a chiropractor about once a month regular,...I go to a chiropractor about once a month regular, being pregnant I go once a week. I nursed her as well. She is now 6yrs old and it still occurs every day. I also break out in hives when pressure is applied to my skin. I have tried every cream, diet change, hypoallergenic products in my home, seen doctors and dermatologists for years nothing worked until I went and saw a chiropractor a few months ago due to back pain and he started me on a detox. I dont break out nearly as much.Crystalnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4961048067568960372.post-59032752306180907642011-03-23T07:22:34.764-07:002011-03-23T07:22:34.764-07:00I got hives when my bany was 4 months n it has be...I got hives when my bany was 4 months n it has been going for 2 months now.
